Tasting Notes: 

L.A. Cetto Petite Sirah is fermented for 15 days and then aged 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. An intense red grenade with a clear violet glint.Red fruit aroma such as red guava, blackberry, and floral notes.Dewberry, hibiscus with notes of forest and truffle flavor.

 

Food Pairings: 

Red meats, pasta, cheeses, and Mexican dishes with elaborated sauces. Best served at 16°C.
